As a UX/UI Designer, you'll play a vital role in designing and implementing user-centered solutions that drive business objectives and enhance customer satisfaction. This 12-month contract position offers the opportunity to work on diverse product challenges while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Design end-to-end user flows and product experiences for web and mobile applications across various product areas

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design solutions to stakeholders

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to translate requirements into intuitive user experiences

• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and identify improvement opportunities

• Apply design thinking methodologies to solve complex user problems with clear, actionable solutions

• Contribute to and maintain design systems ensuring consistency and scalability across product touchpoints

• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders at various levels of the organization

• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics data, and business requirements

• Stay current with design trends and best practices while maintaining focus on user needs and business goals

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field or equivalent practical experience

• Proficiency in design tools including Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms

• Experience with prototyping and user testing methodologies and tools

• Strong understanding of UX principles including information architecture, interaction design, and usability

• Knowledge of design systems and component-based design approaches

• Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse stakeholder audiences

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in remote team environments

• Problem-solving mindset with ability to balance user needs and business constraints

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS, technology, or digital product environments

• Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics)

• Familiarity with agile development processes and sprint-based work cycles

• Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles

• Experience with data-driven design and A/B testing methodologies

• Background in user research and behavioral analysis
